Email support@snagbook.app. Tell us your phone model, the app version (Profile → About) and what you were doing when it went wrong, and if you can, a screenshot.
Getting started
Tap New report, pick a template, give it a title and address, and check the rooms or areas. Open an area, add an item, take a photo, and set its trade, category and status. Photos live on the item so they print with it. Tap Export PDF on the report screen to generate and share.
Exporting a PDF
Exporting needs Snagbook Pro. The first export starts the 14-day free trial on the annual plan if you haven't used one. Large reports with many photos take up to a minute; keep the app open. Previous exports are listed on the export screen and can be shared again or deleted. If the share sheet doesn't appear, save to Files and share from there.
Subscriptions, trials and restoring
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us. To cancel, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions on Android. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period. New phone on the same platform? Open Profile → Restore purchases. Refunds are requested from the store: reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play order history.
My reports are gone
Reports are stored only on the phone they were made on. Deleting the app, resetting the phone or moving to a new phone removes them, and there is no copy on our side to restore. Exported PDFs you have saved or sent are unaffected. Back up important reports by exporting them.
Photos and location
Photos are kept inside the app, not in your camera roll, so they can't be edited in another app before they go into a report. Location is optional: allow it when asked and each photo prints with the place it was taken. You can change permissions any time in your phone's Settings.
Delete my data
Delete individual reports from the report screen, clear exported PDFs in Profile → Storage, or delete the app to remove everything. To ask us to delete purchase-related records, email privacy@snagbook.app.
Android
The Android version is in testing. Email us with "Android" in the subject and we'll add you to the test and tell you when it's live.
